It is with great sadness that SLPSB announces the passing of Mrs. Denise Oliney-Rose, District 5 School Board Member. Mrs. Rose will always be remembered for her true passion and love for our district and for the schools and constituents she represented. She was a strong advocate for students and staff and her voice and her presence will be greatly missed.

The PE Department was included in the 25th Anniversary Edition of Promising Partnership Practices! ♦️The Center on School, Family, and Community Partnerships conducts research on the nature and effects of family and community involvement, and through the National Network of Partnership Schools (NNPS) at Johns Hopkins University, guides schools, districts, and states to implement research-based partnership programs.
